§ 90-307. Severability.

§ 90‑307. Severability.

If any part of this Article is for any reason held unconstitutional,inoperative, or void, such holding of invalidity shall not affect the remainingportions of the Article; and it shall be construed to have been the legislativeintent to pass this Article without such unconstitutional, invalid, orinoperative part therein; and the remainder of this Article, after theexclusion of such part or parts, shall be valid as if such parts were notcontained therein. (1975, c. 773, s.1.)
