§ 90‑343. Disclosure.

Any individual, or employer of an individual, who is licensed underthis Article may not charge a client or receive remuneration for professionalcounseling services unless, prior to the performance of those services, theclient is furnished a copy of a Professional Disclosure Statement that includesthe licensee's professional credentials, the services offered, the feeschedule, and other provisions required by the Board.
