§ 90-355. Election of officers; meetings of Board. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 90‑355.  Election of officers; meetings ofBoard.

(a)        The Board shall elect a chairman and a vice‑chairmanwho shall hold office according to rules adopted by the Board.

(b)        The Board shall hold at least two regular meetings each yearas provided by rules adopted by the Board. The Board may hold additionalmeetings upon the call of the chairman or any two Board members. A majority ofthe Board membership shall constitute a quorum. (1991, c. 668, s. 1; 2001‑342, s. 2.)
