§ 90‑631.1.  Massage andbodywork therapy school approval required.

Unless exempt from the Boardapproval process, no individual, association, partnership, corporation, orother entity shall open, operate, or advertise a massage and bodywork therapyschool in this State unless it has first complied with all the requirements ofthis Article and rules adopted by the Board and has been approved by the Board. (2008‑224,s. 15.)
