§ 90‑657. Notification of applicant following evaluation of application.

After evaluation of the application and of any other evidence requiredfrom the applicant by the Board, the Board shall notify each applicant that theapplication and evidence submitted are satisfactory and accepted orunsatisfactory and rejected. If the application and evidence is rejected, thenotice shall state the reasons for the rejection. (2000‑162, s. 1.)
