§ 90‑85.10. Employees; Executive Director.

The Board shall employ as Executive Director a pharmacist to serve as afull‑time employee of the Board. The Executive Director  shall serve assecretary and treasurer of the Board and shall perform  administrativefunctions as authorized by the Board. The Board shall have the authority toemploy other personnel as it may deem necessary to carry out the requirementsof this Article.
