§ 90‑85.9. Meetings.

The Board shall meet at least twice annually for the purpose ofadministering examinations and conducting other business. Four Board membersconstitute a quorum. The Board shall keep a record  of its proceedings, aregister of all licensed persons, and a register of all persons to whom permitshave been issued. The Board shall report, in writing, annually to the Governorand the presiding officer of each house of the General Assembly. (1905, c. 108, s. 8; Rev., s. 4474; C.S., s. 6653; 1923,c. 82; 1981 (Reg.
