§ 90‑99. Republishing of schedules.

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services shall updateand republish the schedules established by this Article on a semiannual basisfor two years from January 1, 1972, and thereafter on an annual basis. (1971, c. 919, s. 1; 1977, c. 667, s. 3; 1997‑443,s. 11A.118(a).)
