§ 90A-26. Revocation or suspension of certificate. - North Carolina Statutes

§90A‑26.  Revocation or suspension of certificate.

The Board of Certification, inaccordance with the procedure set forth in Chapter 150B of the General Statutesof North Carolina, may issue a reprimand to an operator, or suspend or revokethe certificate of an operator, when it finds any of the following:

(1)        The operator haspracticed fraud or deception.

(2)        The operator failedto use reasonable care, judgment, knowledge, or ability in the performance ofan operator's duties.

(3)        The operator isincompetent or unable to properly perform the duties of an operator.
