§ 90A‑28.  Promotion oftraining and other powers.

The Board of Certification andthe Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources may take all necessary andappropriate steps in order to effectively and fairly achieve the purposes ofthis Article, including, but not limited to, the providing of training foroperators and cooperating with educational institutions and private and publicassociations, persons, or corporations in the promotion of training for watertreatment facility personnel.
