§90A‑41.  Revocation of certificate.

The Commission, in accordancewith the procedure set forth in Chapter 150B of the General Statutes, maysuspend or revoke a certificate or may issue a written reprimand to an operatorif it finds that the operator has practiced fraud or deception; that reasonablecare, judgment, or the application of his knowledge or ability was not used inthe performance of his duties; or that the operator is incompetent or unable toproperly perform his duties.
