§ 90A‑67.  Code ofEthics.

The Board shall prepare andadopt, by rule, a Code of Ethics to be made available in writing to allregistered environmental health specialists and registered environmental healthspecialist interns and each applicant for registration under this Article. Allregistered environmental health specialists and registered environmental healthspecialist interns shall adhere to the Code of Ethics adopted by the Board.Publication of the Code of Ethics shall serve as due notice to all certificateholders of its contents.  (2009‑443, s. 15.)
