§ 90C‑36.  Violationsand penalties.

Any person not licensed underthis Chapter who holds himself or herself out to be licensed under this Chapteror who practices recreational therapy or therapeutic recreation shall be guiltyof a Class 1 misdemeanor. Any fine imposed as a result of conviction shall notexceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). (2005‑378, s. 2.)
