§ 93A‑25.  Personsineligible to recover from fund.

No real estate broker or realestate salesperson who suffers the loss of any commission from any transactionin which he or she was acting in the capacity of a real estate broker or realestate salesperson shall be entitled to make application for payment from theReal Estate Recovery Fund for the loss.
