§93E‑1‑14.  Referral of cases by courts.

Whenever any registeredtrainee, licensee, or certificate holder is adjudged by a civil or criminalcourt to have injured or damaged any person, partnership, association, orcorporation through gross negligence, incompetency, fraud, dishonesty, or othercivil or criminal misconduct, the court may, as part of its judgment or decree,order a written copy of the transcript of the record in said case to beforwarded by the clerk of court to the Board with a recommendation that theregistration, license, or certificate of the registered trainee, licensee, orcertificate holder be revoked or otherwise subject to disciplinary action.
