§ 93E‑1‑6.1. Trainee supervision.

All trainees shall perform allreal estate appraisal‑related activities under the immediate, active, andpersonal supervision of a licensed or certified real estate appraiser. Allappraisal reports must be signed by the appraiser who supervised the trainee.By signing the appraisal report, the appraiser accepts shared responsibility,with the trainee, for the content of and conclusions in the report.
