§ 95‑104.  Penalty.

Any person, firm, corporation,association or partnership which or who agrees to pay, or does pay, or agreesto receive, or does receive, any payment described in this Article shall beguilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall only be fined not less than onehundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for eachoffense.  Each act of violation, and each day during which such an agreementremains in effect, shall constitute a separate offense.
