§95‑110.13.  Authorization for similar safety and health federal‑Stateprograms.

Consistent with therequirements and conditions provided in this Article and the rules andregulations promulgated thereunder, the State, upon recommendation of theCommissioner of Labor, may enter into agreements or arrangements withappropriate federal agencies for the purpose of administering the enforcementof federal statutes and rules and regulations governing devices and equipmentsubject to the provisions of this Article.
