§95‑110.15.  Construction of Article and rules and regulations andseverability.

This Article and the rules andregulations promulgated thereunder shall receive a liberal construction to theend that the welfare of the people may be protected. If any provisions ofeither or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held to beinvalid, such invalidity shall not affect those provisions or applicationswhich can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and tothat end the provisions of this Article are severable.
