§ 95‑111.5.  Pre‑openinginspection and test; records; revocation of certificate of operation.

(a)        An owner of adevice subject to the provisions of this Article, or his authorized agent, ishereby required to make a pre‑opening inspection and test of such device,prior to admitting the public, each day such device is intended to be used.

(b)        An owner of adevice subject to the provisions of this Article, or his authorized agent, ishereby required to maintain for at least the previous 12 months a signed recordof the required pre‑opening inspection and test and such other pertinentinformation as the Commissioner may require by rule or regulation.

(c)        The Commissioner ishereby empowered to revoke the certificate of operation for any deviceregulated by this Article upon failure by the owner or his authorized agent tomake the required pre‑opening inspection and test or to maintain therequired record.
