§95‑111.7. Operation without certificate; operation not in accordancewith Article or rules and regulations; operation after refusal to issue orafter revocation of certificate.
(a) No person shall operateor permit to be operated or use any device subject to the provisions of thisArticle without a valid certificate of operation.
(b) No person shall operateor permit to be operated or use any device subject to the provisions of thisArticle otherwise than in accordance with this Article and the rules andregulations promulgated thereunder.
(c) No person shall operateor permit to be operated or use any device subject to the provisions of thisArticle after the Commissioner has refused to issue or has revoked thecertificate of operation for such device. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c.990, s. 2.)
