§95‑124.  Suspension of registration.

If any operator fails tocomply with the lawful order of the Commissioner as issued under this Article,and within the time fixed thereby, the Commissioner may suspend theregistration of the affected passenger tramway for such time as he may considernecessary for the protection of the safety of the public.  Any operator whoshall be convicted, or enter a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, to operatinga passenger tramway which has not been registered by the Commissioner, or afterits registration has been suspended by the Commissioner, shall be guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor.
