§95‑149.  Authority to enter into contracts with other State agencies andsubdivisions of government.

The Commissioner may enterinto contracts with the Department of Health and Human Services or any otherState officer or State agency or State instrumentality, or any municipality,county, or other political subdivision of the State, for the enforcement,administration, and any other application of the provisions of this Article.
