§95‑150.  Assurance of adequate funds to enforce Article.

The Commissioner shall submitto the General Assembly a budget and request for appropriations to adequatelyadminister this Article which shall be sufficient to give satisfactoryassurance that this State will devote adequate funds to the administration andenforcement of the standards herein provided and the proper administration ofthis Article as required by federal standards.
