§95‑154.  Authorization for similar safety and health federal‑stateprograms.

Consistent with therequirements and conditions provided in this Article the State, upon therecommendation of the Commissioner of Labor and approval of the Governor, mayenter into agreements or arrangements with other federal agencies for thepurpose of administering occupational safety and health measures for suchemployees and employers within the State of North Carolina as may be covered bysuch federal safety and health statutes.
