§ 95‑25.17.  Wage andHour Division established.

The Commissioner of Labor ischarged with enforcement of this Article. The Commissioner shall appoint a Wageand Hour Director and any other employees the Commissioner deems necessary forenforcement of this Article. The Commissioner shall continue to prescribe thepowers, duties, and responsibilities of the Director and employees engaged inthe administration of this Article. (1979, c. 839, s. 1; 2005‑453, s. 23.)
