§ 95‑25.20.  Records.

Files and other recordsrelating to investigations and enforcement proceedings pursuant to thisArticle, or pursuant to Article 21 of this Chapter with respect to Wage andHour Act violations, shall not be subject to inspection and examination asauthorized by G.S. 132‑6 while such investigations and proceedings arepending. Nothing under this section shall impede the right to discovery underG.S. 1A‑1, Rules of Civil Procedure. (1979, c. 839, s. 1; 1981, c.663, s. 8; 1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 1021, s. 3.)
