§95‑47.10. Power of Commissioner to seek injunction.
The Commissioner may apply tocourts having jurisdiction for injunctions to prevent violations of thisChapter or of rules issued pursuant thereto, and such courts are empowered togrant such injunctions regardless of whether criminal prosecution or otheraction has been or may be instituted as a result of such violation. A singleact of unauthorized or illegal practice shall be sufficient, if shown, toinvoke the injunctive relief of this section or criminal or civil penaltiesunder G.S. 95‑47.9(e). (1979, c. 780, s. 1.)
