§95‑5.  Annual report to Governor; recommendation as to legislationneeded.

The Commissioner of Laborshall annually, on or before the first day of January, file with the Governor areport covering the activities of the Department, and the report so made on orbefore January 1 of the years in which the General Assembly shall be in sessionshall be accompanied by recommendations of the Commissioner with reference tosuch changes in the law applying to or affecting industrial and laborconditions as the Commissioner may deem advisable. The report of theCommissioner of Labor shall be printed and distributed in such manner and formas the Director of the Budget shall authorize. (1931, c. 312, s. 7.)
