§ 95‑69.18.  Operationwithout inspection certificate; operation not in compliance with this Article;operation after nonissuance or revocation of certificate.

(a)        No person mayoperate or permit to be operated any boiler or pressure vessel subject to the provisionsof this Article without a valid inspection certificate unless the absence of avalid inspection certificate is the result of the Commissioner's failure toinspect the device.

(b)        No person mayoperate or permit to be operated any boiler or pressure vessel subject to theprovisions of this Article other than in accordance with this Article and therules adopted pursuant to this Article.

(c)        No person mayoperate or permit to be operated any boiler or pressure vessel subject to theprovisions of this Article after the Commissioner has refused to issue or hasrevoked the inspection certificate for the boiler or pressure vessel.
