§ 95‑69.20.  Violations;criminal penalties.

(a)        Any person whoknowingly and willfully misrepresents himself as an authorized inspectoradministering or enforcing the provisions of this Article or the rules adoptedpursuant to this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.

(b)        Any personknowingly making a material and false statement, representation, orcertification in any application, record, report, plan, or any other documentfiled or required to be maintained pursuant to this Article or the rulesadopted pursuant to this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
