§96‑25.  Acceptance and use of donations.

It shall be lawful for theEmployment Service Division to receive, accept, and use, in the name of thepeople of the State, or any community or municipal corporation, as the donormay designate, by gift or devise, any moneys, buildings, or real estate for thepurpose  of extending the benefits of this Article and for the purpose ofgiving assistance to handicapped citizens through vocational rehabilitation.
