§ 97-139. Immunity.

§97‑139.  Immunity.

There shall be no liability onthe part of and no cause of action of any nature may arise against any memberself‑insurer, the Association, or its agents or employees, the Board orits individual members, or the Commissioner or his representatives for any actsor omissions taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties underthis Article. The immunity established by this section shall not extend towillful neglect or malfeasance that would otherwise be actionable. (1985(Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 1013, s. 1.)
