§97‑25.5.  Utilization guidelines for vocational and other rehabilitation.

The Commission may adoptutilization rules and guidelines, consistent with this Article, for vocationalrehabilitation services and other types of rehabilitation services. In developingthe rules and guidelines, the Commission may consider, among other factors, thepractice and treatment guidelines adopted by professional rehabilitationassociations and organizations.
