§ 97‑73.  Fees.

(a)        Claims. – TheIndustrial Commission may establish by rule a schedule of fees for examinationsconducted, reports made, documents filed, and agreements reviewed under thisArticle. The fees shall be collected in accordance with rules adopted by theIndustrial Commission.

(b), (c) Repealed by SessionLaws 2003‑284, s. 10.33(d), effective July 1, 2003.

(d)        Safety. – A fee inthe amount set by the Industrial Commission is imposed on an employer for whomthe Industrial Commission provides an educational training program on how toprevent or reduce accidents or injuries that result in workers' compensationclaims or a person for whom the Industrial Commission provides othereducational services.
