§98‑2.  Originals may be again recorded.

All original papers, onceadmitted to record or registry, whereof the record or registry is destroyed,may, on motion, be again recorded or registered, on such proof as the courtshall require. (1865‑6, c. 41, s. 3; Code, s. 56; Rev., s. 328;C.S., s. 366.)
