CHAPTER 25-18FEE FOR SERVICE RATESETTING FOR DEVELOPMENTALLYDISABLED FACILITIES25-18-01. Definitions. In this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwiserequires:1."Department" means the department of human services.2."Treatment or care center" means an entity providing services to individuals with
