CHAPTER 27-04OTHER OFFICIALS OF SUPREME COURT27-04-01. Supreme court reporter - Appointment, qualifications, term, titles. Thejudges of the supreme court shall appoint a person who is experienced and learned in the law
and of known integrity to act as supreme court reporter, state law librarian, and legislative
reference librarian.Such person shall hold office during the pleasure of such judges andgenerally must be known as the supreme court reporter.27-04-02. Bond of supreme court reporter. Repealed by S.L. 1999, ch. 113,
