122.0818 Projects subject to prevailing wage requirements.

Eligible projects that receive a grant pursuant to the job ready site program are public improvements pursuant to section 4115.03 of the Revised Code and shall be subject to the prevailing wage requirements of section 4115.04 of the Revised Code.
