122.26 Rural industrial park loan fund.
122.26 Rural industrial park loan fund.
The rural industrial park loan fund is hereby created in the state treasury for the purposes of the program established under section 122.24 of the Revised Code. The director of development shall deposit money received for the purposes of that section to the credit of the fund. The amount of the fund shall not exceed ten million dollars.
