122.31 Payment sources for expenses and obligations.

All expenses and obligations incurred by the director of development and the industrial technology and enterprise advisory council in carrying out their powers and in exercising their duties under sections 122.28 to 122.36 of the Revised Code, are payable from revenues or other receipts or income from grants, gifts, contributions, compensation, reimbursement, and funds established in accordance with those sections or general revenue funds appropriated by the general assembly for operating expenses of the director or council.
