122.80 Minority business enterprise loan fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the minority business enterprise loan fund. The fund shall consist of money deposited into the fund from the facilities establishment fund pursuant to section 166.03 of the Revised Code and all money deposited into the fund pursuant to section 122.81 of the Revised Code. The director of development shall use the fund to pay operating costs of the minority development financing advisory board, make loans to minority business enterprises as authorized in division (A) of section 122.76 of the Revised Code and loan guarantees to small businesses as authorized in division (A) of section 122.77 of the Revised Code.
