122.952 Industrial site improvement fund.
122.952 Industrial site improvement fund.
There is hereby created in the state treasury the industrial site improvement fund, which shall consist of money appropriated to the fund by the general assembly. Money in the fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of making grants to eligible counties under section 122.951 of the Revised Code.
The director of development shall prescribe the form and manner in which applications for grants are to be made.
