125.89 Exchange of property, facilities, personnel, and services.

Subject to the approval of the governor, the department of administrative services may enter into contracts, compacts, and cooperative agreements for and on behalf of the state of Ohio with the several states or the federal government, singularly or severally, in order to provide, with or without reimbursement, for the utilization by and exchange between them, singularly or severally, of property, facilities, personnel, and services of each by the other, and, for the same purpose, to enter into contracts and cooperative agreements with eligible public or private state or local authorities, institutions, organizations, or activities. The department shall make, annually, a report of its actions under sections 125.84 to 125.90 of the Revised Code, in accordance with section 149.01 of the Revised Code, and file such report with the general assembly.
