126.04 Funds appropriated for consent order obligations.

Funds appropriated for purposes of fulfilling the state’s obligations under the consent order filed March 5, 2007, in Martin v. Strickland, Case No. 89-CV-00362, in the United States district court for the southern district of Ohio, eastern division, shall be in an appropriation item that authorizes expenditures only for purposes of fulfilling the state’s obligations under the consent order.
