126.502 Submission of biennial spending plans; guidance from director of budget and management.

By the first day of February of each odd-numbered year, beginning in 2011, the director of each state agency shall submit to the general assembly and the director of budget and management a spending plan for purchasing supplies and services for the following two fiscal years. Each spending plan shall address any potential savings, lack of savings, or costs that may be realized by each of the strategies enumerated in section 126.501 of the Revised Code.

By the first day of March of each odd-numbered year, beginning in 2011, the director of budget and management shall issue guidance to each state agency on which spending plan strategies the agency is expected to implement for the following two fiscal years.
