184.24 Use of money in HB 544 jobs fund.
Money in the jobs fund created in the state treasury by Section 4 of Sub. H.B. 544 of the 127th general assembly shall be used in accordance with sections 184.25 and 184.26 of the Revised Code and may be used to provide cash transfers to the local infrastructure development fund created in section 164.28 of the Revised Code.
Section 20 of HB554 prospectively repeals this section 06-30-2011.
