1547.522 State watercraft officer's bond - uniform and badge.

(A) Each state watercraft officer, upon his appointment and before entering upon his duties, shall execute a bond in a sum not less than one thousand dollars.

(B) The chief of the division of watercraft shall prescribe a uniform and badge, which shall be worn by each state watercraft officer while on duty, except as otherwise ordered by the chief.
