1547.723 Rules for implementation of loan program.

(A) The director of natural resources shall adopt rules under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that the director determines to be necessary for the implementation of the revolving loan program. The rules shall include a definition of what constitutes “allowable costs” of an eligible project for purposes of the program together with a definition of “marine recreational facilities,” “refuge harbors,” and “light draft vessels,” respectively.

(B) The director may delegate any of the director’s duties or responsibilities under sections 1547.721 to 1547.726 of the Revised Code to the chief of the division of watercraft.
