1548.15 Authorized agents.

Manufacturers and importers shall appoint and authorize agents who shall sign manufacturer’s or importer’s certificates. The chief of the division of watercraft may require that a certified copy of a list containing the names and the facsimile signatures of the authorized agents be furnished him and be forwarded to each clerk of the court of common pleas in the respective counties within the state, and the chief may prescribe the form of authorization to be used by manufacturers or importers and the method of certification of the names of said agents.
